G-Park iPhone App Review in the WILD!

The other day I tested G-Park in the wild. I parked in a parking garage while I went to lunch and got my hair cut. G-Park helped me find my truck. Truth is I knew where it was anyway, but G-Park was pretty darn accurate. iPhone App Podcast almost killed my server

Here you can see how my server was doing overall for the month. Notice how it went crazy toward the end. I had to add some RAM the other day because it was getting a little slow. I host with Liquidweb which is the best hosting company I have ever used. Here you can see how today went. I switched over to an Amazon S3 account to serve the media. So simply deleting an app from your iphone is not enough. If you delete an app by clicking on the "x" you would assume the app was gone being that the phone asks you if you would like to delete that app. I deleted 4 apps yesterday from my iPhone. I just plugged it in to sync as I wanted to get some new podcasts to listen to at the gym in a few mins. The first thing the iPhone does is reinstall tho... more.

My 3G has horrible battery life

I'm using the new Wordpress iPhone App to blog about how horrible the battery life is on my 16GB 3G. It won't last but 3/4 of the day. I have cut back on my Twitter usage when I am out and about to prolong the life. My first gen iPhone's battery would last 2 days sometime longer. Anybody else experiencing short battery life?... more.
