Finding ways to prevent drinking and driving is extremely important when cutting down on criminal activity. To be drunk in charge of a vehicle is dangerous and can kill someone. When a person is under the influence they will not be able to control the vehicle as well. Their speed times will be slower and they will be less able to brake in an emergency. Being under the influence of a vehicle is a criminal activity.
