Bump does NOT require that both users be on the same WiFi network. Bump works across ANY internet connection (3G, Edge, WiFi), and it will also work across different phone platforms (iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, etc) once we port to those other phones.

And thanks for the props on our video. Not bad for a $42 budget ($22 for black felt for the background, and $20 for a pack of video tapes). One of our users emailed us and did a professional voiceover for free because he liked the app so much.

Yes pardon my mistake on the wifi vs 3g connectivity. Bump really is a great app. With there being so many other apps out there for contact information exchange Bump sets itself apart from the others. Great work on this app.
