Taught by top instructors and working industry professionals, the two-week program consists of three three-hour filmmaking sessions each day. In week one of The Filmmaker’s Intensive, students work with new video and filmmaking technologies that make it possible for filmmakers to launch projects, film, edit and distribute them on multiple platforms or as submissions to film festivals. Premise: “The year is 1550 AD, Sengoku-period. It is a time of social upheaval, political intrigue, and nearly constant military conflict. Japan is dominated by local lords, known as “Daimyo”.
