Swingdo allows users to manage their to-do lists, calendar events, and mail tasks in a fun and intuitive way. Everything is presented in one easy to manage list that works with many of the major email providers such as Google, iCloud, Outlook, Yahoo, Twitter, and more!
When you first open Swingdo you’ll be asked to select an account to sign-in with. What’s great is that Swingdo works in conjunction with OAuth2, so if your account is setup to use two-factor authentication you’ll be able to log in without any hassle. If you have more than one account you’d like to use, don’t worry, Swingdo will allow you to add multiple accounts from the slide-out menu!
Once your account has been signed in, Swingdo will begin importing any calendar events, tasks, and lists that you have associated with that specific account. All of your tasks will be sorted into two main categories: Todo and Done. Everything that is in the Todo tab will be sorted by ascending due date. Each task will show you the name of the task, the due date, and how much longer you have to complete it. Hovering over any task with your cursor will allow you to check it off, and add it to the Done tab. Items that are marked as done will have the option to be moved back to the Todo tab or be deleted permanently.
If you’d like to add a new todo to Swingdo, simply click on the “+” button in the top right corner and the New Task sheet will appear. On the New Task sheet, you can title your to do, give it a due date, duration, location, and add any relevant notes. Once you’ve filled out all of the information, click on Save and your new task will be added to your list of Todos.
