Sammamish, Washington – Juicy Bits today released Nature Images 1.0 for iPhone, a free app that contains 108 high quality macro photos that can be used as wallpaper for the iPhone and iPod touch. Juicy Bits has partnered with a photographer whose work is included in major operating systems and whose photos are among the most popular wallpaper images in the world. Only the best images have been selected and each is carefully optimized to fit the exact specifications of the iPhone and iPod touch screens.

Nature Images contains 108 photos that have been cropped and enhanced to provide a balance of color, contrast, and composition, with a wide variety to choose from. Once an image is selected, an action button saves it to the photo album. Then, from within the Photos application, it can be set as Wallpaper (simple instructions are included). Then, the selected photo will appear on the “unlock screen” and whenever a call is received from someone without an associated image.
