I too have this App. I have to say, it’s pretty good.
I don’t do a lot of instant messengering (only GTalk), but when I know that someone is probably online that I need to tell something to, it saves me a call.
I really wish this app would run in the background though (as well as a handful of other apps). But for the Free Price Tag, I’m happy with it.

Thanks for your comments DBush, I feel the same way. It kind of kills it for me when it does not run in the background. A phone call comes in and it ruins your session.

just spent more time with this app and hafta say, it’s growing on me. Don’t get me wrong, I still hate that it doesn’t run in the background. But it’s cool that you can send a voice message or a picture message. I was just talking to my wife and wanted to show her something, so sent her a picture. That was useful.
Oh. And I just figured out what that ‘glowing’ P does in the corner!!! When you have more than one chat going you can press the ‘P’ to select which chat you want to go to!

Palringo has evolved so much lately! I'm finding myself being more and more impressed with each update! I hear of people using other IM apps which are buggy and crash etc but I have never had a problem with Palringo! Its brilliant, good enough for smooth everyday use!!
