Sorty is What Happens When Bejeweled Meets Tetris

Waretown, NJ – Announcing that syncRage, the developers of Sorty, take two existing game formats to produce a new type of challenge. iPhone and iPod Touch gamers attribute uniqueness and speed to Sorty’s popularity. Bejeweled and Tetris may have been the inspiration for Sorty but there’s nothing old school about the app that syncRage has dubbed, Sorty. Although it has a basic concept that involves rapid relocation or chaining of colored balls, the speed and split second strategizing involved seems to be very pleasing to syncRage customers.

syncRage owner, Enrico Falk, attributes the success of Sorty to a couple of different aspects of the application, “People like the idea of playing games that they know. In this case, they’ve been amped up and changed a little but that adds to a player’s excitement level. Sorty also has built-in global scoring, buddy challenging and Facebook Connect, which our customers seem to really appreciate”. With social media so much in demand, Falk’s decision to incorporate it into Sorty was likely a wise one.

Sorty is the exciting iPhone and iPod Touch app that every gamer wants. Play speed increases as you go and you need fast reflexes to play this one. The built-in social media capabilities let you keep tabs on scores and issue challenges to friends via email and Facebook.
