Tipsee’s tip timer provides a playful face for the powerful features of the application. Starting the timer sends both the sands of the hourglass and tip percentage on their journey downward. The easy to use but powerful calculator provides accurate results for any size party and keeps it fair for everyone by allowing adjustments to each individual’s contribution toward the check.

The diner can save a record of each transaction, including a personal rating. Tipsee is location aware, so a person simply selects the current restaurant from a list of nearby establishments. Tipsee also provides a statistical summary of the diner’s transactions, so they can see which places they favor and, most importantly, what kind of tipper they really are.
